Health and
fitness for women of all ages.
There exists a serious
Physical Fitness problem that primarily afflicts women at
some point in their lives and also the men who are intimate with
these women. You may already be acquainted with this physical
fitness problem, but it’s likely that you have no idea what to do
about it.
Over 25 million Americans, 85% of
those being women, are afflicted with Urinary Stress Incontinence
(USI), which is loss of bladder or bowel control. It is a condition
caused by a wide range of circumstances, a few of which are
childbirth, aging, infection and athletics. Ladies, if you are
unfamiliar with the term USI, ask yourself this question.
When you laugh, cough or
sneeze, do you leak urine?
If you answered "yes,"
this is the beginning of a problem that may lead to wearing
adult diapers. When USI becomes more developed, you may require
expensive medical treatment. To some of you, all this may sound
humorous, but it isn’t. It’s a very serious problem that erodes the
quality of life for millions of women and men.
According to the statistics
from the National Association for Incontinence, it is estimated
that, in the United States alone, 30 billion a year is spent
treating USI, of which $15 million is spent purchasing adult diapers
(adult diapers outsell children’s diapers two to
one). Unfortunately, the medical profession has labeled
this a medical condition when in reality, it is the result of a
Physical Fitness problem.
We know weak vaginal
muscles are the main cause of USI in women.
