If you thought you were coming to a sex site, we're sorry…, but if you want to take your sex life to a new level let us show you how to do something foundational that really makes a lasting difference.

It is a proven fact that weakened Pelvic Floor Muscles or PFM can greatly affect the enjoyment of foreplay and intercourse. Weak PFM can affect the ability to have one or more orgasms-- the intensity or duration of the orgasm-- vaginal dryness and reduce the vaginal embrace for the partner.

So, do you have weak PFM? If you are not sure ask yourself or your partner this question. “Have you noticed a difference in the vaginal embrace since having children?” Surveys show that over 0% would answer yes, in fact studies show that 7 of 10 women have out of shape muscles. If you want to know for certain check with your doctor.

Do weak PFM cause sexual problems? Yes. Weak PFM can affect the ability to have one or more orgasms, the intensity or duration of the orgasm, hypocrites syndrome (lack of feeling), vaginal dryness and reduced vaginal embrace for the partner and urine leakage during intercourse.

What do you mean by a “foundational solution” for better sex? Numerous articles and books have been written on the role of strong PFM  as the “Key to Feminine Response.” All conclude that without the proper muscle tone women will not reach the same degree of feeling or may not have the chance for a true and full orgasmic response. By strengthening the PFM you are providing a lasting solution for increased sexual sensitivity.

I am in great physical condition, does this mean that I have strong PFM?
Not necessarily, in fact, it is possible for a 65 year old inactive woman to have stronger muscles than a young aerobic instructor. PFM are suspended between the public bone and the tail bone and receive little exercise during normal physical activity. Unless you have specifically exercised this muscle group chances are you belong to vast majority of women who have  weak PFM.

I enjoy sexual intercourse, how can it be better?  Dr. Arnold Kegel states that “it is a rare woman that cannot receive great benefit from regular pelvic floor exercise.” Childbirth and aging causes PFM to stretch and weaken.  Usually this occurs over a period of time so the reduction of feeling is not noticed.  Given enough time the “way it was” is even forgotten. Often strengthening the muscles results in “new” sensations that add a new level of enjoyment for both partners.

How does strengthening the PFM increase sexual enjoyment for both partners? In addition to the clitoris, most of the nerve endings that produce sexual pleasure are not located in the wall of the vagina but deep within the PFM. Because of this, these nerves respond principally to pressure and not friction. Well conditioned PFM will produce a tight vaginal embrace which in turn causes the male organ to exert the necessary pressure to stimulate these sensitive nerves.

I have not experienced an orgasm in years, will this help?  A number of women who have never experience orgasm in intimacy reported doing so after engaging in exercise. If your condition is directly related to the weakened condition of the PFM you should notice a difference in a short period of time.  However, there are many other potential reasons (some physiological some psychological) that one may not obtain an orgasm. For more information consult your physician.

What causes these muscles to weaken?  The PFM like other muscles in the body will weaken over time through the natural process of aging. Without proper exercise these muscles loose their tone, size and shape.  Childbirth dramatically stretches the muscles often causing actual damage. In most cases the damage can be recovered through exercise.

Can well toned muscles actually be felt?  Yes, in fact this is one way that a doctor would determine your PFM strength is by feeling the tension inside the vagina. When the muscles have good tone, resistance is felt in all directions.  When the muscle has poor tone, the vagina is roomy and the thin walls feel as though they have been detached from the surrounding muscles.

I feel that I am normal in every way. Can your Products benefit me?  Of course. Remember that all muscles loose tone as aging progresses and the loss of feeling is so gradual that you may not even notice the changes. Regular exercise with one of our products ensures that your PFM will never be out of shape.
